Named after its appearance resembling a mythical dragon in daily life. Lobsters are distributed on all continents of the world, mainly in the Indian Ocean and Western Pacific region. Distributed in the East China Sea and South China Sea in China. Mostly omnivorous, preying on benthic animals such as polychaetes, shellfish, and crustaceans. Lobster contains rich nutritional value, high protein, low fat, and various essential trace elements for the human body, which help stabilize the nervous system and maintain normal organ function.
